Admin Administrator – Property Industry

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS PROPERTY EXPERIANCE.

Renewal of all insurance policies and claims for 40 buildings

Capturing of Monthly supplier accounts and municipal accounts

Handling levy invoice queries from clients – professional email and telephone etiquette

Sending of invoice and statements on request (system populated)

Uploading of bank statements

Uploading of municipal recoveries

Annual CSOS submissions

Downloading and saving bank statement and POP

Reconciliation of prepaid sales and municipal accounts

Cloud based filling.

 

Skills:

Intermediate Excel skills

Sectional title and property experience is an advantage

Attention to detail and taking initiative

Perform under pressure, prioritise, and work independently.

 

Must have vaccination certificate
