Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager required for a reputable restaurant based in East London , Eastern Cape


  • 3-5 years’ experience in supervision of staff
  • Agreeing and managing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Overseeing stock levels
  • Producing staff rosters
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Taking reservations
  • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
  • Keeping statistical and financial records
  • Handling administration and paperwork
