Requirements: Matric Tertiary education will be beneficial Property or rentals background Cold calling experience 3-5 years experience Excellent telephone etiquette Fully bilingual Target driven The duties and responsibilities will consist of: The purpose of this role is to optimize the 2 property inspectors day and to ensure there calendars are always full Checking payprop at the end of each month for quality control inspections that need to be done and adding this to the google docs sheet for Pretoria and Cape Town – keep this updated at all times Arrange a suitable time and date for the inspections to take place always working 1 to 2 weeks in advance Reaching a set target per month Attending to emails and provide feedback within 24 hours Please send your CV, recent picture of yourself and salary requirements to Gypsy on recruiter@servicesolutions.co.za
